I'm a shy and friendly human that drops bass in a way that I hope you love. I make EDM genres such as: Dubstep & Post-Dubstep, Bass House, House, Trance, and others from my headquarters in Lincoln, Nebraska. I DJ, produce, and I am a multi instrumentalist specializing in keyboards and guitars. Stay woke because I'm trying to hit you with that next level!
An avid kandi kid and raver in high school, I fell in love with not just EDM music, but EDM fans. I never lost the spark of inspiration from my earlier years; instead it ignited into a wildfire.
In 2012 I exploded into the Dubstep and EDM arms race with my high octane mixture of synthesized sounds. I use FL Studio 20 Producer Edition, Audacity, and sometimes Virtual DJ to do what I do, in addition to other hardware such as microphones and a digital audio interface.
I bring my own unique style and flavor to the scene, meshing nerd culture with more popular Dubstep sounds, like wobbles and growls and a certain sense of innovation.
Stylistically, my music is kind of an amalgamation of influence from a lot of the music I really really liked listening to in my early 20's with some newer stuff thrown in. I try not to limit myself too much because the worst thing I feel like I could do is stuff myself into a little box and have little wiggle room to experiment and try new things. I play several instrument, like piano, guitar, bass, clarinet, and others and occasionally I have been known to play songs live or sample those instruments into my music and use those samples in interesting ways ( a build made of distortion guitar, an arpeggio made from a clarinet note, a bass synth made from a distortion guitar).
These days I compose music on a newer dedicated tower with a DAI (Digital Audio Interface), a live mixing console, many, many cords and wires, instruments, a mic and plenty of imagination and ingenuity. I basically sample from anywhere that gives me an idea or starting point, which is one of the main reasons I got interested in making electronic music to begin with! The possibilities are literally limitless!
I've gotten really serious about production as of late 2019. I'm also practicing my DJ skills in preparation for finally getting my Virtual DJ License in December.
